If for any reason you’re not happy with your spindle, please let us know. We’ll make it right.
Returns or Exchanges
In general, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of your purchase if you would like to return it. Returned items need to be in original, salable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Once we receive your returned item, we can issue a non-transferable credit for a future purchase, send an exchange, or issue a refund for the purchase price less shipping. You decide which of the above three options you would like.
You may cancel an order at any time before the item has been shipped.
